Stitch in 9 Exhibition
This is my contribution to the “Stitch in 9” banner as part of our up and coming exihibtion at the Peoples Theatre in Newcastle .
The exhibiton, entitled “Dressing Up” runs from 2nd March until the 23rd April .

Last Saturday I took part , along with other members of the Newcastle Craft Mafia, in a charity craft fair in aid of St Oswalds Hospice and The Evening Chronicle Sunshine Fund. It was great fun , lots for chat , tea, and disco lights!!

Stitch in 9 stitch challenge

The challenge was to cover a 4 inch square piece of calico in an hour. I do admit to this taking longer than an hour , but I was having fun. Haven’t done much hand stitching for a while
